We also help Basalt homeowners sequence a Roof Replacement around other planned projects, like solar panel installation or attic renovation, so the work lines up.
A Roof Replacement project touches every layer of your roof system, from decking to final shingle course, and every layer matters for how long it lasts.
We also help Basalt homeowners plan for material delivery timing so a Roof Replacement doesn't sit half-finished waiting on backordered shingles.
Every Roof Replacement crew lead carries current Basalt, CO licensing and full insurance.
Local Basalt crews mean project start dates aren't pushed out by weeks like out-of-area contractors.
No mid-project line items you didn't approve first.
Architectural shingles, metal panels, and impact-rated options are all explained in plain terms.
Here's the full breakdown of what a Basalt Roof Replacement project with us covers.
Old roofing is stripped down to the decking, with any rotted or damaged boards replaced before rebuilding.
Ice and water barrier gets installed at eaves and valleys per current code requirements.
We offer a range of shingle grades so Basalt homeowners can match budget to durability.
For Basalt homeowners considering a longer-lifespan option, we install standing seam and panel metal systems too.
Proper ridge and soffit balance keeps your new Basalt roof running cooler and drier.
We protect landscaping and driveways during tear-off and do a full magnetic nail sweep before leaving.
We start with a conversation about your roof's age, material preferences, and timeline.
Crew leads arrive with the equipment needed for a full property assessment.
Pricing tiers by material are explained clearly before you commit to anything.
A final walkthrough confirms the finished roof matches the agreed scope before we consider the job done.
